God Is A Heavy Load Bearer!

Monday, December 11th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  Have you ever been overwhelmed by life’s problems?  You found yourself pressed down with pressure from every side.  No matter what you attempted to do it still felt like the weight of the world was on your shoulders.  Have you ever had people who loved to back their emotional “U-haul” up to you and unload all of their problems?  They spend hours releasing their problems.  Once they feel better they up and leave.  These are people who dropped their load on you and walk off feeling free.  Have you ever needed someone to intercede on your behalf but it felt as if no one was available?  When they had problems you were always there.  When they needed a listening ear, you were always there.  Now there’s no one to be found when you need assistance.  Have you been there?  Are you there now?

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  My friend, God Is A Heavy Load Bearer!  He is able to bear your load and my load at the same time.  People make many promises but generally you see few results.  Whatever the Lord says He will do, count on it to be done.  The Bible declares in Matthew 11:28 –Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.  What are you dealing with this morning?  What load has you pressed down?  What dilemma do you find yourself trying to manage?  Do you realize God is able and willing to take that load from you?  You do not have to be overwhelmed with the weights of life.  Matthew 11:29-30 declares that we should – Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

My brother, my sister, God Is A Heavy Load Bearer!  Whatever load has you worried, give it to Jesus.  Whatever financial matter has you in limbo, give to Jesus.  Stop trying to do it by yourself.  You cannot handle everyone’s problems.  Give it to Jesus!  He can handle it.  I promise you!

Don’t Let Anyone Steal Your Joy!

Friday, December 8th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  My brother, my sister, today’s devotional will not be the normal length.  It will not consist of the normal format.  I have been instructed to get a message directly to you.  Beloved, Don’t Let Anyone Steal Your Joy!

Whether it’s the job, a supervisor, a friend, a family member, a neighbor, a church member, a bill collector, your car, the devil, whomever, or whatever it may be.  When something or someone rises up to upset you, before you react, look it right in the eyes.  Is this person, place, or thing worth the loss of your joy?  I think not … what about you?  Prayer for Today: Father, this joy I have the world did not give it and the world cannot take it away.  I thank You today for showering me with Your unspeakable joy.  In the name of Jesus … Amen!

A Direct Word To You!

Wednesday, December 6th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister A Direct Word To You!  My brother, my sister, while in prayer yesterday afternoon the Lord spoke directly to my spirit regarding this morning’s devotional.  He has instructed me to send exactly what He said.  Thus said the Lord,

“No Matter What Has Happened, Is Happening, or Will Happen, stand on My Word!”

SHOUT RIGHT NOW!

Tuesday, December 5th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  My brother, my sister, I know you have experienced storms in your life.  I know each day has not been a day full of roses.  I know you wanted to quit.  I know you were on the verge of breaking down.  I know life has not always treated you fair.  I know you wondered if things would ever get better for you and yours.  I know the job has challenged you and your relationship with the Lord.  I know biting your tongue is hard to do, especially when you’ve been wronged by someone else.  I know you want the opportunity to tell other people how you really feel.  I know the unforeseen circumstances have really caught you off guard.  I know there have been nights when you cried yourself to sleep, only to wake up still crying.  I know, you know, God has not forgotten about you.

Beloved, this morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  I have been charged to tell you one thing this morning.  Listen, don’t wait until the battle is over …

SHOUT RIGHT NOW!

Your ability to shout in the midst of the battle, displays how much you believe God can work things out for you.  Your shout in the battle causes confusion in the enemy’s camp.  Whatever you are going through, begin to shout praises unto our God … He can and will work things out.

Scripture Reading for Today: 2 Chronicles 20

Wait For Instructions!

Monday, December 4th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  Have you ever grown impatient with life and the pace it was taking?  For some reason you wanted things to move faster and come sooner.  You know patience is a virtue.  You know God is up to something.  You know what God has planned for you is better than what you currently see.  However, over time you find yourself growing frustrated with the way things are going.  Other people around you tend to receive their blessings right after they pray for them, but you wait weeks, months, and years to see the manifestation of your prayers (so you think).  Have you ever wondered why you have to wait all the time?  You are tired of being in the holding pattern.  You want a response now.  You want immediate answers to all your questions.  Have you been there?  Are you there now!

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  I would love to tell you a specific date and time when your blessings will manifest, but I cannot.  I would love to tell you next up for overflow is you, but I cannot.  While I can decree a thing (Job 22:28), God is the One who brings all things to pass.  My friend, Wait For Instructions!  The Bible declares in Isaiah 40:31 – But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.  I know you are tired of waiting, but if you go forth without God’s permission you are operating in the flesh.  Everything that occurs will come because of your disobedience.  I know you hate waiting.  It can be boring and at times overwhelming, but if God requires it there must be a reason why.

My brother, my sister, are you trying to do something ahead of God?  Are you operating on your own accord or has the Lord instructed you?  Beloved, Wait For Instructions!  Just as you read the instructions before you build furniture and other equipment, so must you have instructions before moving forth.  The instructions God gives will keep you when family and friends neglect you.  These instructions will prepare you for whatever comes your way.  The Bible declares in Isaiah 30:18 – And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.  Child of God, slow down and receive from the Lord.  His instructions will guard your life and your destiny.  Prayer for Today: Father, give me the patience to wait on Your instructions.  In the name of Jesus … Amen!

What’s In Your Hand?

Friday, December 1st, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  Do you realize many people spend years of their lives not knowing where they are going and what they want to do?  Some of these people have college degrees in certain areas of expertise but their heart does not like that field.  Some of these people are related to you.  Some of these people live in your home.  Some of these people may even be you.  Do you realize God has a specific purpose for your life?  There’s a blueprint designed just for your life.  Be not deceived, the devil knows God is up to something.  He knows God has a great assignment for your life.  This is why he sends attacks your way.  The attacks are sent to detour and destroy you.  Even now, as you are reading this, you may be experiencing trouble on every hand.

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  Have you ever hated the job you were on but you knew it was unwise to quit?  Have you ever desired another car but you know it is not time yet?  Have you ever loved someone who did not feel the same way about you?  Have you ever wondered if you were the right person for the job?  If yes, you are in good company.  I must ask you the same question the Lord asked me.  My friend, What’s In Your Hand?  The Bible declares in Exodus 4:2  And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod.  God has made provision for whatever need you are faced with today.  The assignments you are charged with, the responsibilities you are entrusted with, and the stewardship you are tasked with are all able to be fulfilled.

My brother, my sister, before the foundation of the world, God impregnated your spirit with everything you would need to make it.  He has anointed your hands to perform great works for Him.  He has personally selected you for such a time as this.  Beloved, What’s In Your Hand?  What has God given you but you are not using?  The Bible declares in Exodus 4:3 – And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it. 4 And the LORD said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand:  It is time for you to put your hands to work for the glory of God.  Before you recognized the need, God anointed your hands for the work.  Prayer for Today: Father, help me to see what You have anointed my hands to do.  Help me to put my hands to work for Your glory.  In the name of Jesus … Amen!
