Release It To The Lord!

Thursday, August 17th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  Have you ever experienced a day that started out wonderful but ended very discouraging?  Things were going well unto one bad meeting or one bad phone call took place.  Your smile turned upset down.  Your joy was temporarily stolen from you.  Have you ever wanted to tell everyone around you to get out of your face and your business?  Maybe you really do not mean it but the thought of it sure sounds great.  Have you ever wondered why you are always the person everyone attempts to misuse and abuse?  You would do anything for anyone, but in stead of people asking for your help they try so very hard to take advantage of you.  Have you been there?  Are you there now?

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  I know how you feel.  I can relate.  How do you handle it when it happens?  What do you say when everyone and everything gets on your nerves?  How do you respond when you receive discouraging news or unexpected phone calls?  Do you instantly respond in anger and rage?  Do you walk away and begin to pray?  What do you do when you have really done all you can do?  Hmmmmmmm!! My friend, Release It To The Lord!  You have nothing else to do with the situation.  It is time for you to allow God to work on your behalf.  The Bible declares in Ephesians 3:20 – Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.  Until you release it to the Lord, you will find it difficult to cope with life each day.  The enemy will do all he can to keep you over-burdened and overwhelmed.  God stands ready to relieve you of the burden(s).

My brother, my sister, Release It To The Lord!  He can and He will work it out for you.  Trust me when I tell you God is more than able to fix what is broken, restore what has been lost, and heal what has been wounded.  The Bible declares in Jude 1:24-25 – Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, 25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.   Beloved, the Lord loves you.  He really loves you.  What are you going through this morning?  What situation are you faced with this morning?  What dilemma do you find yourself in the middle of?  Does it seem like there is no way out of this one?  Right there, where you are, Release It To The Lord! Prayer for Today: Father, help us release all of our day-to-day plans, pains and agendas to You.  Help us trust in Your abilities and Your Word.  In the name of Jesus … Amen!

Does Your Life Belong to Him?

Wednesday, August 16th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  Have you ever wondered how you overcame the many trials and traps in your life?  It seemed as if everywhere you went someone was out to destroy you.  No matter what you said or how you said it, this person was determined to flip your words around to mean something totally different.  Have you ever wondered how people could spend all of their energy despising you and your ministry?  Through love, you attempt to befriend this person but their animosity and jealousy toward you was a barrier.  Their inner conflicts caused them to turn their back to your friendly gesture.  Have you become so overwhelmed with life and the many challenges it presents until you desired to throw in the towel?  You grew tired of fighting and defending yourself.  Have you been there?  Are you there now?

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  If you said, “yes” to any of the above asked questions, you are in good company.  I believe the called and anointed of God have experienced these times in their life.  Whether you believe it or not, to be anointed will cost you something.  It will come with challenges.  However, God never calls anyone unless He plans to use them for His glory.  Every road may not look straight but God is still able to bring you across.  My friend, Does Your Life Belong to Him?  Have you totally surrendered your all unto the Lord?  Have you freely submitted your will to the Lord’s will?  The Bible declares 1 Peter 5:6 – Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:  No matter how impossible things appear right now, God fights the battles for His children.  You are victorious, but do you realize it?  Many people walk in “unrealized” victory.  Although it has been won for them, they have yet to take hold of it.

My brother, my sister, Does Your Life Belong to Him?  Think about it.  Have you given your all to the Lord?  Have you released everything in the hands of the Lord?  Everything including your family, your friends, your finances, etc.  Everything!!!  The Bible declares in Proverbs 3:5 – Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.  Beloved, God is trustworthy.  He is faithful.  How many battles has the Lord lost?  How many patients has the Lord lost?  How many promises has the Lord broken?  How many traps has the Lord fallen into?  The answer to each of the questions is NONE!  Now, how many battles have you lost?  How many promises have you broken?  How many traps have you fallen into?  Does Your Life Belong to Him? Prayer for Today: Father, help me to totally surrender everything to You today.  Help me realize You are all I need to survive.  Everything else comes as a result of my relationship with You.  In the name of Jesus … Amen!

One Life-changing Announcement

Tuesday, August 15th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  My brother, my sister, the Lord loves you very much.  In spite of your sins and shortcomings, the Lord still has a plan for your life.  I have been assigned to give you One Life-changing Announcement.  Beloved,

God Has Already Forgiven You!

While you are hoping and waiting for the Lord to forgive you, the truth is … He has already.  Now it is time for you to forgive yourself.  The Bible declares in James 5:16 – Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.  Today, stop walking in defeat.  Get up and walk in the forgiving grace of God.  My Prayer for You Today: Father, I pray that you would assure my brother/sister that His sins are forgiven.  Also Father, help him/her forgive himself/herself.  In the name of Jesus … Amen!

Scripture Reading for Today: 1 John 1:9

A Friendly Reminder For You!

Monday, August 14th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. My brother, my sister, the Lord has sent me with A Friendly Reminder For You!  Do you believe Jesus came out of the grave (Matthew 28:6)?  Do you believe Jesus took the sting out of death and the victory out of the grave (1 Corinthians 15:55-56)?  Do you believe He is on the right hand of the Father making intercession for us (Romans 8:34)?  Do you believe satan is a defeated foe?  Do you believe we serve a risen Savior?  To each of the above asked questions, I say, “YES, I BELIEVE!”  But what do you say?  I have been charged with making an announcement (just in case you have forgotten.)

Beloved, … We Serve A Risen King!

Therefore, if Christ got up, so can you and I.  He has given us power to rise above our problems, our dilemmas, our burdens, and our trials.  This morning, whomever and whatever has held you down, today it is time for you to get up in the name of Jesus.

It Is Finished!

Friday, August 11th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  Have you ever wondered why God loves you so much?  In spite of all you have done wrong in your life, the Lord still loves you.  Knowing your deepest, darkest secrets, the Lord still loves you.  The times when you plotted and scammed your way, the Lord saw it all and He still loves you.  After the many negative thoughts you had running through your head, the Lord heard them and He still loves you.  Have you ever attempted to measure your love for God against His love for you?  No need right?  As much as we need to improve in our relationship with the Lord, we will never equal His love for us.  Think about it, how many of your children have you given to die for the sins and mistakes of mankind?  That’s true love.  The love of God went beyond mere words.  He walked out His love for us.

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  In life, there will be nights when we walk the floor with tears in our eyes.  There will be “friends” who walk out on us because where we are going seems impossible to them.  There will be occasional periods of loneliness and despair.  You will lose loved ones and have to fight off the enemy’s attacks.  These things will happen.  However, even if all of this occurs, the Lord has completed the work in our lives.  The Bible declares in John 17:4 – I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which Thou gavest me to do.  My friend, It Is Finished!  Before you noticed any problems in your life, the solution was already made for you.  Nothing in our lives are hidden from the Lord.  He is all-seeing, all-knowing, and all-powerful.  Even when you attempt to hide from the Lord, He knows where you are (Psalms 139:8).

My brother, my sister, what are you dealing with this morning?  What situation do you find yourself engaged in?  What dilemma are you faced with today?  It Is Finished!  The Bible declares in John 19:30 – When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.  Beloved, at the point when Jesus gave up the ghost, every problem we will ever face in life was worked out.  satan lost his powers.  Every demonic assault was destroyed.  All burdens were carried away.  The sacrifice on the Cross was a completed work.  We are victors because Jesus paid the ultimate price.  The Bible declares in 1 Corinthians 15:55-57 –  O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.  As your day unfolds, remember whatever you stand in need of, It Is Finished! Prayer for Today: Father, Jesus paid the ultimate price so that I may live in victory.  Today, I cast all my cares unto You.  You may do with them what You deem appropriate.  In the name of Jesus … Amen!

There Is A Charge to Fulfill!

Thursday, August 10th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  The Lord did not give me a question this morning, but He did give me a charge for each of us to fulfill.  Each of us are expecting and asking God to do something awesome in our lives.  We are believing God for an outpour, an overflow, and/or an overtaking of blessings.  Many around us do not believe, but we do.  Many cannot see how it will be done, but we can.  Many think we are wasting our time and God’s time, but we do not.  My brother, my sister, There Is A Charge to Fulfill!   The Lord has sent me to tell you one thing: While you are waiting for the manifestation to take place …

Praise Him In Advance!

I Must Obey

Wednesday, August 9th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  My brother, my sister, the Lord continues to give me questions for each of us to answer.  I Must Obey the Lord!   The Lord wants to know,

Whose Report Will You Believe?

The question is before you.  Who will you believe?  What will you stand on?

Spirit Man and the Fleshly Man?

Monday, August 7th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  Do you realize how blessed you are?  Have you ever sat down and thought about the many blessings God has bestowed upon?  Have you ever taken the time to weigh your blessings against your circumstances?  Do you know how important you are to The Lord Jesus Christ?  So often in our lives we focus heavily on the current dilemmas we face until we lose sight of the awesomeness of God.  While we do and will face trials and tribulations in our lives, we must never lose focus of the Sovereignty of God.  No matter, no situation, no threat, no attack, no circumstance, no hurdle, no trap can ever hinder The Lord from doing what He desires to do in your life.  Do you believe this morning?  Do you really believe?

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  If you answered yes to the last two questions, did we can proceed further.  Do you realize believing is only one step?  Do you realize there is a war going on between the Spirit Man and the Fleshly Man?  You cannot stop at just believing, but you must put your belief into action.  You must allow your spirit man to overtake your fleshly man.  Your spirit man enables you to see and hear from the Lord clearly, while your fleshly man operates according to the concerns and threats of the world.  Your spirit man operates in obedience to the Lord, but your worldly man desires to please people.  Your spirit man knows the ways and commandments of God, but your fleshly man only thinks about itself.  The Bible declares in John 6:63 – It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

My brother, my sister, always remember whatever man you feed the most will be the man that controls you.  If you constantly feed your spirit man with the Word of God and the praises of God, your spirit man will grow in the strength and authority of the Lord.  However, if you constantly feed your fleshly man with gossip, rumors, lies, worry, anxiety, etc. then your fleshly man will control how you react and respond to every day activities.  Beloved, do you realize there is a war going on between the Spirit Man and the Fleshly Man?  The Bible declares in Acts 2:17 – And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh:  It is the Spirit of God that can cause the flesh to fall under subjection.  Today, which man do you feed the most?  Which man do you entertain the most?  The Bible declares in John 4:24 – God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.  Prayer for Today: Father, allow the spirit man in me to remain in control.  In the name of Jesus … Amen!

What Is This?

Friday, August 4th, 2023

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  Are there any areas in your life that need improving?  Are there any faults or mistakes that you need to correct?  Are there any words or phrases you need to eliminate from your vocabulary?  Are there certain behaviors and attitudes you need to cast off of you?  Some times in life we act the way our surroundings have taught us.  Without discerning the truth, there are times when we take on the ways and characteristics of the world.  The way they act, we act.  The way they talk, we talk.  The way they think, we think.  The way they serve, we serve.  Somewhere along the way things got twisted.  Instead of the body of Christ influencing the world, the world is now influencing the body of Christ.  This way of life is in opposition to the word of God.  How can a confessed believer of Jesus live a life that glorifies the world?

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  The Bible declares in Romans 12:1-2 – I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.  My friend, What Is This?  We are charged through the word of God to be the transformers.  We are called to transform a nation for the Lord Jesus Christ.  Allow me to ask you a question: What are you doing to change the world for Jesus?  Each and every day, what are you doing to draw people closer to covenant relationship with the Lord?  This question is not based on your traditional understanding, your amount of years at one particular church, or your assigned seat at that church.  Whose life are you impacting?

My brother, my sister, What Is This?  When did we start living our life according to the rules and commandments of the world?  We are sent to change the world for Christ, not conform to the world.  When people look upon you there should be an anointing that draws them to intimacy with the Lord.  The Bible declares Matthew 6:24 – No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other …  We must commit to upholding Godly principles each and every day.  The world will never come to Jesus, if the Believers are not consistent in their relationship.  Beloved, enough is enough.  Today, we need to re-assess our lives.  We need to repent.  Prayer for Today: Father, forgive us for conforming to ways of the world.  We have been called to transform the world for Your glory.  We’ve heard the clarion call and now we shall walk in obedience.  In the name of Jesus … Amen!
