Root of Bitterness

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  Have you ever found yourself picking up the pieces from a broken heart?  After years of commitment to a particular or sect of people, you now find yourself trying to recover.  What was it?  Did they betray your trust?  Did they spread lies on you?  Did they attempt to destroy your destiny or stand against your ministry?  Do you realize there are people who will do whatever it takes to prevent you from walking in the full manifestation of God’s power?  Since they stopped believing God for more, they want to prevent you from believing.  Child of God, please watch out for the snares of the enemy.

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  My friend, have you ever experienced the Root of Bitterness?  Bitterness to the point that your entire behavior is altered when you are around certain people.  Bitterness to the point that the enemy keeps your mind bombarded and your heart cluttered.  Bitterness to the point that you begin to second guess all your friendships.  The Bible declares in Hebrews 12:14 – Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: 15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled

My brother, my sister, do you realize you cannot make good decisions from a bitter heart?  As anointed as you claim to be, you cannot effectively minister to anyone with a bitter heart.  How can God use you to encourage the body of Christ if you refuse to let go of past hurts and pains?  Beloved, give no place to the Root of Bitterness.  The Bible declares in Ephesians 4:31 – Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:  As your day unfolds, be honest with yourself and allow the Lord to work on your heart.  BE FREE IN THE NAME OF JESUS!

Scripture Reading for Today: Acts 8:22-24

May God Bless you at Your point of need!
