Don’t Fall For Fake Friends!

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  Do you realize everyone you come in contact with each day is not a friend?  No matter how wonderful people make you feel about yourself, there are wolves in sheep clothing surrounding you.  They smile in your face but they’re plotting ways to take your place.  They try their best to assassinate your character, ruin your friendships, and destroy your destiny.  Do you realize some of your greatest opposition will come from close friends and family members?  As sad as it sounds, sometimes you find out who really believes in you when things are at their worse.  Have you been there?  Are you there now?

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. Child of God, you must guard your heart from workers of iniquity.  If you are not careful you can/will become a victim of the devil’s traps.  As much as it may hurt you, please understand the things that make you cry can be used by God to make you stronger.  The Bible declares in Matthew 7:15 – Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.  My friend, Don’t Fall For Fake Friends!  You must never allow people into your inner circle unless you are sure God sent them into your life.  The investments God has birthed in you are too important for you to waste them on people who really do not care about you, your feelings or your future.

My brother, my sister, have you ever been a victim of fake friends?  Have you ever shared your deepest secrets with someone and had them spread around town?  Have you ever had your dear friend call you with someone else’s news/business?  If your answer is yes, then allow me to ask you a question.  If they will run to you with someone else’s business, could it be possible that they are running to others with your business.  Beloved, Don’t Fall For Fake Friends!   The Bible declares in Proverbs 18:24 – A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.  It do not come to destroy friendships but I do come to warn the Believers!

Scripture Reading for Today: John 15:13-16
