Heed the Warnings!

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  So often in our lives we are faced with daily decisions that no one else can make for us.  Decisions that will either benefit or harm us.  Decisions that will make some people despise us and other people commend us.  Decisions that make our flesh uncomfortable but within our spirit we know it is necessary.  Life has a way of putting you in a position where you find yourself disliked by man.  Not that you are cocky or arrogant, but many times your stance is not the norm.  Many times your family, friends, and fellow co-workers do not understand you.  They think you act too serious.  Have you ever been there?  Are you there now?

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  My friend, Heed the Warnings!  The Lord will always send you a warning before you go in the wrong direction.  He will always make a way of escape from the traps set against you.  The Lord sees the snares sent against you.  He knows who your true friends are and whose really your enemy.  The Bible declares in Colossians 1:28 – Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:  Many times throughout our daily journeys, we assume we know a person well.  A day or week never concludes without us saying that famous phrase, “I never thought it would be him/her!”  Do you realize people are flaky?  Do you realize man’s opinions and ways are like the wind, they blow back and forth?  In spite of it all, you must still love them.

My brother, my sister, while we are charged to love everyone, God does not want us to become victims.  We must Heed the Warnings!  We must stand firm on the Word of God and discern the plots of the devil.  he will try to throw you off course.  Whether you believe it or not, there are demons, imps, witches, demonic forces that work for the devil.  They are sent to kill, steal, and destroy you.  Beloved, when you feel uneasy in your spirit about someone, usually this is a warning from the Lord.  God is a God of peace.  If you are not at peace about a person, a place, or a thing, the Lord could be warning you.  The Bible declares in 1 Corinthians 10:13 – There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.  Prayer for Today: Father, help me heed the warnings you send to me each day.  In the name of Jesus … Amen!

Scripture Reading for Today: Matthew 7:15

May God Bless you at Your point of need!
