Always Remain Humble!

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  Many times in our lives we desire for God to use us in mighty ways.  Within there is a desire to glorify the name of Jesus wherever we go.  A strong fire burns within our spirits longing to please the Lord.  The more you do for the Lord, the more the yearning intensifies.  Have you ever found yourself being used by the Lord, for His glory, and the people were applauding you?  You must be very careful when this begins to occur.  Never has it been about you or me.  Never will it be about you or me.  The Lord chose to use us (John 15:16).  It was not because he could not find anyone else but because He trusts us with His anointing.  When you become overwhelmed with the accolades of man, you lose the fervor of the anointing.  Do you not realize it is the anointing that destroys the yoke?  It is not you or me.

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  My friend, Always Remain Humble!  Always remain at the feet of Jesus.  Never allow yourself to become high-minded and puffed up.  It is through your humility that God can exalt you.  The Bible declares in 1 Peter 5:6 – Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time:  One of the worse things to see is a Believer who acts as if God needs them.  A person who believes the world revolves around them.  A person who believes life does not begin until they arrive.  This person is bound for destruction.  The exaltation you desire comes as a result of your humility.  To be humble means you are not proud or haughty.  You are not arrogant.  Never forget where you were when the Lord changed your life.  Never forget what you were doing when the Lord changed your life.  Never forget the time and attention God spent to put you where you are now.  Its not about you or me.

My brother, my sister, Always Remain Humble!  Never allow the enemy to feed you with wrong information.  Pride is the same reason Lucifer was kicked out of Heaven (Isaiah 14:12-16).  God is looking for humble people.  People who know if God does not help me, I cannot do it.  A people who relies on the Lord for everything.  The Bible declares in James 4:10 – Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He shall lift you up.  Beloved, imagine how many people have been sat down by the Lord because they attempted to steal what rightfully belonged to Him.  The applauds, the accolades and the glory all belong to the Master.  It was nothing you did.  It was nothing I accomplished.  All that we have, God granted it unto us.  All that we enjoy, God made it possible.  All that we expect, God will be the supplier.  Always Remain Humble! Prayer for Today: Father, I am who I am and where I am because of You.  Please forgive me when I lost sight of this.  I humble myself before You.  In Jesus’ name … Amen!

Scripture Reading for Today: Matthew 23:12

May God Bless you at Your point of need!
