2 Peter 3:9 (NLT) – “The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent.”

Point to Remember: For those of us who feel like we’re praying, but no answer. For those of us who feel like we’re asking, but silence. For those of us who go to bed crying and wake up the next morning still crying. For those of us who have given our all to others, but have received nothing in return. For those of us who cheer for others, but cannot find the same cheers in return. For those of us who think we’ve gotten away with our sins. For those who think God didn’t see what you did or heard what you said. Beloved, just because The Lord is slow doesn’t mean He is slacking. His pace is intentional. He wants what’s best for us but we must take heed.
