Proverbs 15:14 (NLT) – “A wise person is hungry for knowledge, while the fool feeds on trash.”
Point to Remember: Never think people who enjoy bringing you someone else’s business would not take your business to someone else. Never think a gossiper cares about who gets hurt by the gossip they create or share. Never think a person who thrives in pettiness needs your permission to remain petty. These individuals feed off of being nosey, or gossipy, or petty. However, Beloved, don’t allow yourself to be pulled down to their levels when you’ve been equipped to live and strive at a higher level. You’re too wise to play games with the foolish. You’re too knowledgeable to keep divulging with people who would rather remain illiterate in their thinking.
