1 Peter 5:7 (NLT) – “Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.”
Point to Remember: When you search for a definition for the word ‘all’ you’ll find “referring to the whole quantity or extent of a particular group or thing.” Therefore, when we’re commanded to give ALL our worries and cares to God that literally means ALL. It doesn’t mean you keep the things you believe you can handle or control. It doesn’t mean you try to protect the one thing you love so much. It doesn’t mean you try to hide anything nor anyone. ALL means ALL. You’ll never know the full essence of God’s power until you surrender ALL to Him. He can handle it much better than you can or will. (SN: At one point in life, your life was given over to God and look how you turned out. He can make a masterpiece out of a mess.)
