Galatians 1:10 (NLT) “Obviously, I’m not trying to win the approval of people, but of God. If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be Christ’s servant.”

Point to Remember: If your goal is to win the approval of others before you step out on faith, you’re going to be waiting for a while. If your goal is to convince others that you’re important, you’re going to be waiting for a while. If you need the applauds of the crowd to feel successful, you’re going to be disappointed. If you expect people to encourage you the way you encourage them, you may find yourself waiting a long time. Beloved, you do not need the approval of people to walk in the purpose The Lord has ordained for your life. Truthfully, the more The Lord uses you, the more you’ll see people leaving you. It’s hard to accept but it’s true. Make sure you’re not displeasing The Lord in your pursuit to appease people.
