It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God. Have you ever met someone who gave up very easy? No matter how much you believed in them, they failed to believe in themselves. No matter how much you prayed for them, they failed to pray for themselves. No matter how much you attempted to speak into their lives, they failed to speak into their own lives. Have you ever met someone who could shout on Sunday about God’s goodness and power, but on Sunday evening they were worrying about life’s problems? Yes, their outer shout was sincere, but internally they never received the Word. (Read Matthew 13:1-9). While they were running and shouting, the enemy was preventing them from taking in the Word of God. By doing this, when the problems of life began to come their way, they had no Word to depend upon. They were emotionally excited but spiritually empty. I wonder if you have ever been there before?
This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. I am humbled before God to be the vessel He’s using to sow into your life. Do you understand everyday of your life is a battle ground. The devil is determined to steal your blessing, kill you, and destroy your destiny. While many feel speaking about satan gives him power, I totally disagree. If we do not know who our true enemy is, he has power already. Do you not know you’re on the winning side? Do you not know Jesus Christ defeated our last enemy, which is death (1 Corinthians 15:26)? My friend, I know it appears as if things are getting worse before they get better. I know it appears as if there are more people working against you than for you. I know it appears as if you have more questions than answers. However, in spite of it all, Delayed Destiny Does Not Mean Denied Destiny!
My brother, my sister, just because the Lord has not responded the way you wanted Him to, does not mean He will not. Just because the Lord appears late, does not mean He is. Truthfully speaking, whenever He shows up is the perfect time. Child of God before you give up on life or the Lord, make sure your flesh is not trying to push you away from the perfect will of God. The Bible declares in Isaiah 55:9 – For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Beloved, Delayed Destiny Does Not Mean Denied Destiny! As you go forth today, I declare in the name of Jesus that you shall not quit, breakdown or die, but you shall stand, breakthrough and live.
