• Do you believe in the Word of God?  
• Do you believe God’s Word is not a lie?  
• Do you believe whatever answer you are seeking can be found in the Word of God?  
• Do you believe God speaks to you through His Word?
• Do you believe the victory you are searching for has already been won through the Word of God?
• Do you believe Jesus Christ was the Word made flesh and dwelt among us?
• Do you believe God’s Word cannot return unto Him void but it must accomplish what it was sent to do?
• Do you believe God’s Word is a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your path?
• Do you believe the promises God has made to you can be found in His Word?
• Do you believe the Word of God stands on its own?
• Do you believe in speaking the Word of God?
• Do you believe the Word of God grants you power over the devil and his demons?
• Do you believe the Word of God is quick, powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword?
• Do you believe there is healing in the Word of God?
• Do you believe there is deliverance in the Word of God?
• Do you believe in the Word of God?

Beloved, it is important for you to understand how powerful the Word of God is in our lives.  It was not given to us for showmanship.  It was not given to be misused.  The Word of God is our weapon against the devil and his demonic attacks.  If you do not have the Word of God in you, you’re already losing the battle! 

The Bible declares in Matthew 8:8 – The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  My brother, my sister, I believe it is important for you and me to remember how blessed we really are.

• No matter how awful things may appear in our lives, we are still blessed.  
• No matter how many traps have been set against you, we are still blessed.  
• No matter how many friends betray you, we are still blessed.  
• No matter what lies the enemy attempts to whisper in your ears, we are still blessed.  
• No matter who does not believe in your dreams, we are still blessed.
• No matter how severe the storm is in your life, we are still blessed.
• No matter what the last doctor’s report revealed, we are still blessed.
• No matter how embarrassing your bank account appears, we are still blessed.
• No matter who questions your anointing, we are still blessed.
• No matter how many lies are spoken against you, we are still blessed.

Beloved, you must understand your blessings are not threatened by day-to-day activities.  No matter what lies the devil has spoken to you, if God calls you blessed … YOU ARE BLESSED!  The Bible declares in Numbers 23:20 – Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it. 

Remember: There is someone, somewhere worse off than you!

• Are you able to obey the voice of God?  
• Are you able to speak what the Lord told you?  
• Are you able to stand firmly upon the promises of our God?  
• Are you able to declare into the atmosphere all the things God instructed you to?  
• Are you able to love people in spite of?  
• Are you able to be a witness for the Lord Jesus Christ?  
• Are you able to give good, Godly advice to people without expecting anything in return?  
• Are you able to be honest with your friends and family members, even if the truth will hurt them?  
• Are you able to hear someone’s inward secrets and not run around telling everyone?
• Are you able to work on your job without getting caught up in the gossip circles?
• Are you able to rebuke yourself when you get out of line?
• Are you able to say ‘no’ to people?
• Are you able to stand alone for God in stead of running with the crowd for man? 

Beloved, I submit to you that you are able to do all of the above, if you really put forth the effort!

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  My brother, my sister, life can be the best thing and it can also be the worse thing.  It can bring the best people and it can bring the worse people.  It can bring a smile to your face and it can cause tears to run from your eyes.  It can present many opportunities and it can pose many obstacles.  Do you realize each and every day there are people around you dealing with more than you are?  No matter how they smile in your face, their dealing with extreme circumstances.  I have come to realize we, as a people, have learned how to fake our smiles.  We act as if everything is okay, but within we are seconds from a breakdown.  Have you ever been there?  Are you there now?

Beloved, no matter how life’s circumstances change, you can always count on the Lord.  No matter how people behave toward you, you can always count on the Lord.  No matter how stressed out you become, you can always count on the Lord.  The Bible declares in Psalms 46:1 – God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.  This morning as your day unfolds, I need for you to understand there is nothing you deal with that God cannot handle for you.  Today, it is time for you to realize you have tried everything and everyone.  Now it is time for you to stand on the promises of God.  My friend, Turn It Over To Jesus … He’ll Work It Out!  If you do not believe me, just think back over your own life.  Where you are today, seemed impossible years ago.  After all the things you did, the places you went, people you hung around, activities you performed.  If He was God then, He is God now! 

The Bible declares in Malachi 3:6 – For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  My brother, my sister, do you realize we are to be witnesses for the Lord wherever we go?  Not just at church, but at work, in the mall, the grocery store, family reunions, when we are upset about a certain matter.  Yes it is difficult to do at times, but whenever someone sees you they should see the reflection of God’s glory surrounding you.  Do you realize you can turn more people to the Lord by upholding integrity and maintaining Godly character than spreading gossip and being deceptive?  Even if you do not love your current place of employment, while God has you there you are commissioned to be a witness for Him.  (FYI: Complaining about the job does not make God move any faster!)

Beloved, wherever you go, whatever assignment is given to you, …

FOCUS ON THE ASSIGNMENT(S) GOD GAVE YOU! 

My friend, there is too much moaning and groaning taking place in the body of Christ.  There is too much finger pointing and criticizing within the body.  If each of us would focus on the work God has anointed us to perform, we would have less time to gossip about others.  As Christians, we must … no, we need to set the right examples.  The Bible declares in 1 Thessalonians 4:11 – And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  Have you ever had a desire to do whatever it took to please the Lord?  No matter what people said or how they reacted toward you, pleasing the Lord was the only thing you desired to do.  Have you ever had people treat you different after you made a committment to do the Lord’s will?  As long as you were doing what they wanted you to do, there were no problems.  As soon as you took a stand for the Lord Jesus Christ, everything and everyone began to attack you.  It is amazing how to see how much warfare we endure after saying ‘yes’ to the Lord.  The enemy knows God has great things in store for us.  he knows God has anointed us for greater works.  he knows this and for these reasons attacks are sent your way.

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  My friend, Are You Available for Service?  One of my brothers in The Lord told me when you are in the reserves, you have instructions to always be prepared for [that] phone call.  The phone call comes to inform you that it is time to report for duty.  No matter where you are or what you are doing, you must make your way to the instructed destination.  Just as the worldly system has rules and guidelines, so does God.  When we accept the Lord as our personal Savior, we become a part of the ‘Army of God.’  While the world places a phone call when it is time to report, as Christians, we are expected to always be on duty.  There are people who come into our contact each day.  Are you impacting them for the Lord?  Are you changing their lives for the glory of God?  Can the Lord trust you to encourage someone else?  

My brother, my sister, Are You Available for Service?  This is the question, what is your answer?

It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God.  So often in our lives we find ourselves trying so very hard to make everyone accept us.  We change our appearances to feel accepted.  We alter the way we dress to be accepted.  We hang with certain people to be accepted.  Have you ever wondered why we change who we are to be accepted by others, but no one changes who they are to be accepted by us?  Why are we always disguising ourselves as something we are not?  Do you realize God made you to be different than the people around you?  It was not His intentions for you to be exactly like the person next to you.  Understand, when you try to be like someone else you become a cheap copy.

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you.  My friend, Love The Person You Are!  Stop trying to be someone God said you are not.  Who you are is a blessing to the people God placed around you.  Each and every day God sends people into your life so that you may be a blessing to them.  If you continue to alter the person you are, when do you have the time to bless other people for the glory of God?  The Bible declares in 1 Corinthians 10:31 – Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.  Child of God, please never forget all that we do is for the glory of our God.  It is not about us.  It is not about trophies, man’s accolades, or how many people recognize you in the mall.  This is all about the Lord Jesus Christ. 

My brother, my sister, who are you trying to be like?  Are you trying to make changes to the person God ordained for you to be?  Why are you making alterations to yourself?  Beloved, Love The Person You Are!  Stop letting people’s comments make you want to be someone you are not.  When you look in the mirror, love the person you see.  The Bible declares in Genesis 1:27 – So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.  From this day forward, if you desire to become something else, try becoming more like Christ.  Prayer for Today: Father, help me to love the person You made me to be.  In the name of Jesus … Amen!
